Terms of Engagement

These terms apply to advisory engagements between Future Value Global Pty Ltd, trading as Authentyx, and the client named in the corresponding engagement letter.

Scope. Each engagement is scoped in a separate engagement letter that prevails over these terms in the event of conflict.

Confidentiality. Each party will protect the other's confidential information and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

Independence. Authentyx is independent of audit firms and does not provide assurance services.

Liability. Subject to law, Authentyx's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid under the relevant engagement letter.
