She advised on TCFD-aligned climate disclosure for Australian and New Zealand reporters before AASB S2 was mandatory. She leads every executive briefing, every CFO advisory call, every board presentation, and the auditor relationship across the engagement.

Lead role on engagement: Regulatory interpretation, scenario analysis sign-off, board presentations, auditor relationship management.

Joel Nicholson

Co-CEO, Business Execution

Joel leads engagement oversight, partner management, product strategy, and quality assurance across the Authentyx portfolio. He closes the Phase 2 and Phase 3 proposals and chairs the internal quality gates.

Lead role on engagement: Engagement oversight, Steering Committee secondary attendee, Phase 2/3 scoping owner.

Andrew Lamont + Analyst team

Compliance Advisor

Andrew and his team design and run the diagnostic across all four AASB S2 pillars. Andrew owns gap register quality, AASB S2 paragraph-reference accuracy, regulatory update monitoring, and the auditor interface. He is the author of every Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 report that goes out the door.

Lead role on engagement: Diagnostic questionnaire design, scoring validation, report authoring, auditor interface.

Jake Kennedy

Engagement Development

Jake manages outbound engagement, discovery session scheduling, and the proposal pipeline. He is the first point of contact for prospective clients and runs the discovery cadence through to engagement letter.

Lead role on engagement: Discovery session scheduling, proposal delivery, pipeline management.

Platform Lead — AI Engineering

Open role, Q3 2026

The Platform Lead operates the Authentyx AI platform: diagnostic delivery, document analytics, scoring engine, draft report generation. All AI output is advisor-reviewed before client delivery.

Lead role on engagement: AI platform operation, agentic workflow orchestration, report generation engine, contextual question rewrites.
